КЛІНІЧНІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПЕРЕБІГУ ХРОНІЧНОГО ПАНКРЕАТИТУ У ХВОРИХ НА ГІПОТИРЕОЗ

Abstract
A scientific article presents the study of the clinical picture of the course of chronic pancreatitis in patients with hypothyroidism. Analysis of the clinical and laboratory parameters obtained by us confirms that in patients with chronic pancreatitis combined with hypothyroidism the clinical picture is more erased than patients without concomitant pathology, abdominal syndrome was less pronounced, dyspeptic syndrome was more prevalent. With such a comorbidity, the diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis is difficult, due to the fact that the symptoms that manifests itself, is considered as such in hypothyroidism. The study of the comorbidity of these diseases is very important, because in our opinion, a detailed study of the clinical course of these nosologies gives the opportunity to more accurately diagnose, which will avoid complications and disability of patients.
