КРИТЕРІЇ ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ РІВНЯ ГОТОВНОСТІ МАЙБУТНІХ СОЦІАЛЬНИХ ПРАЦІВНИКІВ ДО ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В БАГАТОНАЦІОНАЛЬНОМУ СЕРЕДОВИЩІ

Abstract
Criteria for determining the level of future social workers’ readiness to the professional activity in the multinational society are reviewed and analyzed in the article. Understanding of the criterion on the basis of which, the evaluation takes place or determines the degree of formation of certain qualities is considered. To determine the criteria, the following factors are taken into account: adequacy to the conceptual foundations of the study; the purpose of the developed model of future social workers training to the professional activity in the multinational society. The main components of the readiness of future social workers for the professional activity in the multinational society can be considered: social, intercultural, professional competence and social-professional maturity.
