Abstract
Laparoscopic panhysterectomy is the most popular operation in gynecology and oncogynecology. Massive bleeding from the vaginal canopy in the postoperative period is a menacing complication after this operation. The technique proposed by the authors for performing this operation with bipolar coagulation of only large vessels without total hemostasis of the vaginal canopy before its suturing, the use of mechanical hemostasis of large vessels, the intracorporal technique of suturing the vagina with its subsequent peritonization allowed reducing the percentage of this complication to 0.07%
