LA MIGRACIÓN COMO FENÓMENO MUNDIAL

Abstract
The figures on the migration process at the international level and the consequences in the countries of origin and destination are the variables used to determine what factors could be considered to give a positive approach that allows the use of the opportunities generated for the recipient countries. of migratory flows. The objective is the analysis of the socioeconomic factors that, from various points of view, can become opportunities for the countries that host the migrants. The methods of analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction were applied; It is found that migratory flows are currently high and cause a series of effects both in the countries receiving migrants, as well as in the countries of origin. It is concluded that generally the phenomenon of migration is approached from a negative perspective in the receiving countries, leaving aside the large contributions that the presence of migrants in a given context can cause. Keep in mind that migration will always be linked to economic development and in many cases to the reduction of poverty.
