LAND MANAGEMENT MECHANISM OF LAND RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IN AGRICULTURE

Abstract
Introduction. Modern countries with a developed economy every year are paying more attention to the issues of the agricultural sector of the economy, an integral part of which is agricultural land. After all, agricultural lands, especially arable land, are the main resource for agricultural production. Therefore, balanced use of agricultural land will ensure food security and independence of the country, employment of the rural population and high quality of іts livelihoods. Taking into account the rapid development of degradation of land worldwide, the inefficient withdrawal of productive lands for non-agricultural needs, and extensive agricultural management and the provision of rational use of agricultural land was and remain the most important task for modern science. Methods. The research is based on the analysis of regulatory and statistical information on the modern development of land management process. Conclusions and recommendations are formed taking into account the proposals of modern scholars, the experience of foreign countries, as well as the economic and organizational capabilities of state authorities responsible for the development of land relations in Ukraine. Results. The modern state of land management in agriculture is analyzed. The consequences of the complex action of the land management mechanism are revealed. It is proposed to formulate functions of management of agricultural lands in the system of implementation of state land policy through the mechanism of land management, which will be implemented in four stages. It is determined that the use a complete land management system is needed, the development of which must be implemented through the state program of development is necessary in the planning of agricultural land. Discussion. The analysis of the land management mechanism in agriculture and the prospects for its development makes it possible to determine the priorities in the policy of land relations. The implementation of a full-fledged land management provision in agriculture will allow to get rid of ecological, economic and organizational issues in land relations, improve economic indicators of agricultural production, and also ensure the effective start of the market of agricultural land.
