Las almazaras de Cehegín

Abstract
The study of oil mills and oil in a specific municipality provides information on social history. It is studied from production techniques, to customs and medicinal uses around oil. The trade, the olive groves, the control, etc., that surrounds this product is analyzed from the existing documents in the Municipal Archive of Cehegín, seeking to reconstruct the economic-social history of the town.
