Abstract
This article has for objective to report the loan of initials of French in English. Through the domains which are the computing, the automobile and the health, we tried to examine the treatment of initials borrowed in the print media through three Algerian French-speaking newspapers. We were especially interested in the translation of these initials because it is about a contact of language within the framework of the initials.
