LEGA L ASPECTS GIVING PAR TIAL COMPENSATION OF NATIONAL AGR ICULTURA L MACHINES

Abstract
The article investigates the legal aspects of providing partial compensation for the cost of domestic agricultural machinery and equipment. The author analyzes key elements of this type of legal mechanism of state support for agricultural producers. On this basis, the author formulates conclusions on ways to improve the legal basis for its provision.
