Legal bases of prevention of violence in family.

Abstract
The article deals with the legal bases of prevention of violence in family according to the legislation of Ukraine. It is established that the system of measures of prevention of violence in family is regulated by the Constitution of Ukraine, special and the related laws, government resolu- tions and departmental normative legal acts. It is proved that, despite a wide standard and legal settlement of the specified question, today a number of problems which solution is connected with introduction of amendments to the legislation of Ukraine.
