LEGAL GUARANTEES AS THE ELEMENT OF THE STRUCTURE OF THE MIGRATION REGIME IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article reveals the system of legal guarantees that ensure the functioning of the migration regime in Ukraine, and determines their place among the elements of the structure of the migration regime. Based on the analysis of the norms of the current legislation and special literature, the author’s definition of legal guarantees of the migration regime is given.
