THE LEGAL REGULATION OF COMPLIANCE OF NOTARIAL SECRETS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to issues of legal regulation together of notarial secrecy in Ukraine. Analyzing the issue of legal regulation together of notarial secrecy as a principle of notarial activity, we note that this problem becomes of special significance in the conditions of reformation. As noted in scientific sources, in the conditions of cardinal reform, this principle should reflect not only the basic rules of normative regulation of relations between the subjects of the relevant activity, but also all manifestations of the objective nature of such management.
