LEGAL MEANS OF REGULATING THE WORK OF MASS MEDIA IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the conditions impeding the legitimate professional activity of journalists in Ukraine, examines certain aspects of the legal regulation of their activities. Proposals have been made in the legislation regulating the activities of the mass media in order to put an end to impunity on the part of the state and its institutions.
