THE CONCEPT OF DECENTRALIZATION AS A WAY FOR REFORM OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION ORGANIZATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of decentralization as a basis for reform of public administration in Ukraine. It is noted that decentralization will ensure the availability or quality of public services and formulates proposals for improvement of the constitutional law of Ukraine. Justified proposals for the definition of principles for reforming the public power organization in Ukraine.
