LEGEND ABOUT KNIGHT BRUNSWICK IN CREATIVE COMPREHENSION BY А. JIRÁSEK AND OF M. TSVETAEVA

Abstract
The article deals with the polyvalent comprehension analysis of the legend about Knight Brunswick in the context of the authorial perception by A. Jirásek and by М. Tsvetaeva. The tasks are: 1) to study semiotic potential of signs of sovereign and spiritual power of Prince Brunswick as patron and defender of the Czech lands in Jirásek’s version of the legend, 2) to analyse the context of the Czech culture in Tsvetaeva’s poem „Prague knight” , 3) to analyse the authorial codes of М. Tsvetaeva in the interpretation themes of knighthood. The methodology is aimed by the analysis of transforms in the cultural model created by the Middle Ages and a certain type of courtly behavior: knight glorifying Wonderful Lady and worshipping to her. The finding: in Tsvetaeva’s poem „Prague knight” (1923) the interpretation of the angel-keeper theme is given. The result of the scientific research is multidimensionless of Brunswick to the apocryphal patron of Prague in mental worlds of A. Jirásek and of М. Tsvetaeva.
