LEGISLATIVE STRUCTURE OF DIVERSION: PROSPECTS AND REALITIES

Abstract
The article investigates history of the development of the criminal law on diversion in its form of action aspect. The article substantiates that forms of action predicted by 113 Article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine are different in its legal nature and social danger degree. It is proposed by the article to improve the legislative structure of 113 Article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
