LEXICAL REPETITION AS THE MEAN OF ACTUALIZATION OF NEWSPAPER PATRIOTIC TEXTS

Abstract
In the article on a stuff of modern Ukrainian press 2016 - 2018 different types of lexical repetition are considered. The stylistic figures formed by lexical repetitions as special means of actualization of newspaper texts are analyzed. The main tendencies of using lexical repetition are considered and its role in perception of newspaper texts of patriotic direction is determined. Media is always one of the first to respond to events of the socio-political life of the state. In connection with the events on the Maydan and war in the eastern regions of Ukraine, the issue of patriotism is intensifying on the pages of the newspaper periodicals. The purpose of the proposed article is to analyze various types of lexical repetition from the point of view of their implementation in newspaper texts of patriotic orientation. Its task is to trace the main tendencies of using the lexical repetition and to determine its role in updating the newspaper texts of the patriotic direction. As evidenced by the surveyed material, in modern newspaper texts of the patriotic direction the simple reciprocal repetition of the words that are part of the lexical-semantic group «patriotism» prevails. Somewhat less commonly used are the anaphoric and amplified lexical repetitions, but they are quite expressive, expressive and serve as means of deepening the content of the statement, focused on questions of love for Ukraine and mother tongue, the protection of the territorial independence of the state, the preservation of its sovereignty.
