Liability of legal persons in the context of adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to the legislation of the European Union

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical questions concerning the administrative liability of legal persons and the impact of European Union legislation the legislation of Ukraine. The assumption about the non-recognition of legal persons as subjects of administrative responsibility.
