Life and Sociological Outlook of Florian Znaniecki. The Influence of His Stay in Switzerland on His Scientific Thought

Abstract
Famous sociologist Florian Znaniecki had a comprehensive vision of humanistic sociology. His approach was based on a deep ontological understanding of society and analytic understanding of the object of sociology. The focus is not just on a social importance, but also on the axiological dimension of society. This article presents the life and career of the thinker during his stay in Switzerland.
