Pedeutology Issues in Researche of the Polish and Ukrainian Scholars

Abstract
The article considers an important sector of the pedagogical knowledge – pedeutology. The pedeutology works of Polish scholars are analysed, in particular the concept of the teachers' vocational training. The strategic points of the research in the field of pedeutology, specifically the professional competence of the teachers, the orientation and values of the professional activity of a teacher, a teacher as a personality and his / her relationships with students, the "effective teacher", the socio-economic status of the teachers are differentiated. Some achievements of the domestic scholars in this area of the pedagogical knowledge and the prospects of its development are revealed.
