LOCALIZATION OF CONTACT IN VILDGABER’S GLOBOIDAL GEAR

Abstract
Worm-gears are widely used in the drives of machine-tools, automobiles, lifting-transport machines. Worm reducing gears make the about half of the general producing of reducing gears. The analysis of new types of transmissions assists possibility of increase of their loading ability. In the article some descriptions of Vildgaber’s globoid worm-gear are investigational on the basis of spur gear wheel with the flat lateral surfaces of points: geometrical parameters, the lines of contact, condition of paring, the attributes of the localized contact are certain.
