Abstract

Management improvement is a process that has a main goal – give a better solution regard of the main criterion. Management efficiency improvement of funds financing health service of oncological diseases can be one of ways leading to numer of cred patients improvement. To achieve the goal we can use a tool-special model. Such a model that maximalizes number of cured patients (the main model criterion) can indicate the proper ways to make better current situation. Same of examined (by model) diseases has a tendency – the larger number of people from threatened population is profilactic examined the total costs of this disease decreases (total costs of profilaxis and cure). The basic function restrictions in the model are medical services costs, because they determine the improvement process. With such activities occures a regular stream of savings. Such diseases should be supplied with additional sums of money as first. There is one problem – how to get the additional money? To get them we are not allowed to get worst any other group of patients. This solution has a unique universal character – we can use them not only in a space of oncology, but in every place where we have to decide whether to spend money on prophylaxis or consequences elimination.
