Abstract
Тhe paper theoretical and methodical bases of management of incomes and expenses of the enterprise are investigated. The approaches to managing the company's costs and revenues are generalized. The importance of effective construction of a system for managing the costs and incomes of an enterprise under the current conditions in the modern business environment.
