MARKETING APPROACH TO REFORMING THE NATIONAL SYSTEM OF PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

Abstract

The article analyzes the experience of European countries in the implementation of reforms to improve the quality of administrative services and improve the institutional mechanism. From the point of view of the marketing approach, new innovative approaches have been explored to improve the process of providing administrative services in Ukraine.
