MEASUREMENT OF TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCE OF FACTORS OF ABSORPTION EFFICIENCY OF PLATINUM BOLOMETER ON RADIATION WAVELENGTH 1.06 MICRON

Abstract

The method of temperature dependence measurement of factor of absorption efficiency of thin-wire platinum bolometer for E- and H-polarized radiation is grounded and experimentally checked taking into account intense distribution unevenness. Measurements have been carried out for platinum bolometers on the neodymium laser with wavelength 1.06 microns.
