MECHANISM OF DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC REGULATION OF SOCIAL RELATIONS IN THE FIELD OF NATURAL RESOURCES

Abstract
In the article the conceptual foundations of innovative mechanisms of interaction of relations in the field of natural resources through public-private partnerships towards implementation of the concept of sustainable development. Methodological bases of formation of innovative mechanisms of interaction of relations in the field of natural re-sources for sustainable development in the contest, which include: conceptual scheme implementation partnership of state and local governments, businesses, territorial community; extension of the implementation of the principles of public-private partnerships. Public-private partnerships in the area of pryodnyh resources identified as the mechanism of interaction of a cer-tain number of participants, which should be presented as government agencies and local governments and the private sector in the framework of projects that are created for the rational use of natural resources for a specified period . The public sector has the ownership and responsibility for such facilities, the right to set prices and quality standards, and leverage control of a private operator. The private sector gives a entrepreneurial experience, innovative technolo-gy, high economic efficiency.
