MECHANISM OF FORMING OF THE SYSTEM OF FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC SAFETY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Purpose. A purpose is research of mechanism of forming of control system and ground of his importance by financial and economic safety for protecting of enterprise from threats and dangers of internal and external environment. Methodology of the research. In basis of researches works are fixed both scientific (analysis, supervision) and special, methods of cognition. The methods of cognition are used for the ground of his importance for protecting of enterprise from threats and dangers of internal and external environment. Findings. It is found out that the feature of the system of financial and economic safety of enterprise consists in that defense of enterprise of providing is after all directions and spheres of activity. It is grounded, that the system of financial and economic safety of enterprise provides the higher level of work of enterprise at the market, positively influences on the level of efficiency of functioning in indefinite terms, instrumental in achievement of the put aims, strengthens a capacity for the rapid reacting on the various changing both external and so internal environment. It is well-proven that the mechanism of forming of the system of financial and economic safety of enterprise shows by itself an aggregate all him basic principles, functions, methods, receptions, instruments and stimuli. A conclusion is done that the mechanism of the system of financial and economic safety of enterprise allows to provide financial firmness, solvency, liquidity and sufficient financial independence of enterprise in a long-term period. Originality. It is well-proven in the ground of importance of mechanism of control system by financial and economic safety for protecting of enterprise from threats and dangers of internal and external environment. Practical value. Research results can be offered for introduction in entrepreneurial activity which will promote it to effective development.
