MERCHANDISING CHARACTERISTICS OF COOKIES DIFFERENT DOMESTIC MANUFACTURERS

Abstract
A merchandising expertise sugar cookies, implemented in the trading network of the city of Kharkiv, organoleptic, physical, chemical and microbiological parameters. Found that some organoleptic and physico- chemical parameters sugar biscuits TM «Vigіdna cіna zavzhdi» and TM «Rozumnij vibіr» did not meet current quality requirements. Assessment of quality packaging and labeling of sugar cookies showed that five samples marked on the cookie was specified shelf life in excess of normalized.
