Abstract

The article analyzes the network society in terms of the transformation of the economy of labor and employment. Considerable attention is paid to the labor market network and to the supply and demand supply and employment proposals. A schematic representation of the collection algorithm on Internet sites for job search, processing and generalization of information on available vacancies and summaries is proposed. The author stresses that the modern network society is extremely mobile and dynamic, but with it the labor market is also transformed. Despite the fact that the professions of information support come to the fore, but now the labor professions are in great demand. System analysis of supply and demand in the labor market indicates significant inaccuracies in its assessment. The scale of the information network on demand and supply in the labor market of Ukraine is presented. The emphasis is made on the fact that the search for information on available vacancies and summaries should be carried out with the help of the complex software, by which they are identified and classified according to the given parameters in the automatic mode of recording in the databases of Internet search sites. It is noted that the significant difference between the number of resume announcements and the number of job seekers through the placement of these ads is due in particular to the fact that one person can submit to several summaries, varying their data in order to expand the scope of possible employment. The author proposes to summarize the results of the monitoring of the number of job vacancy announcements and resume announcements for particular professions, in terms of the main areas of professional activity, according to the State Classifier of Professions, in order to assess the current labor market situation in terms of labor demand and supply. The need to develop fundamentally new software on demand and supply in the labor market is emphasized. The author presents variants of methodological approaches to assessing the current situation in the labor market. The conclusions stressed the need for forecasting the demand and supply of labor to become an integral part of macroeconomic forecasting of the socio-economic development of the digital economy of Ukraine
