the article presents modern scientific data on pathogenetic values of metabolites of the intestinal microflora in the regulation of the basic physiological functions and metabolic reactions. One of the reasons that contribute to the development of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is endotoxemia associated with intestinal dysbiosis.
