Journal Title: Держава та регіони. Серія: Гуманітарні науки - Year 2018, Vol 54, Issue 3
Abstract
The article deals with the metadramatic analysis of the play «Cortez and Unlucky» by Yuriy Ko- sach. It is proved that the unique specificity of Yuriy Kosach’s metadrama is based on the concentra- tion of the conditionality of the artistic space and time; multilayer characters’ images; transgressive complication of intertext; usage of cinematic techniques, which are destructive for the text integrality; redistribution of performer / viewer functions; usage of a masquerade show as a means of stratifying stage action.
