Methodical aspects of the quantitative, qualitative and hourly evaluation of the parameters of the reliability of the functioning of transport systems

Abstract

A number of reasons for the low reliability of road transport systems and their possible consequences have been revealed. Classification of possible failures of the trucking transportation system was made through the fault of the performers and users of transport services. The conditions of inadmissibility of compensation of low reliability in the work of the carrier at the expense of the customer are given. Expressions were obtained for the evaluation of reliability indicators of an automotive transport system based on criteria. It is proposed for estimating reliability indicators of the use of logical function methods and basic concepts of Boolean algebra. It is noted that, basically, the assessment of the reliability of transport systems is carried out empirically, but it is most accurately carried out analytically, based on the methods of logical functions and the construction of structural and functional reliability schemes. It is shown that any weighting coefficient is assigned to any logical variable, depending on its specific weight in the translation process. The corresponding formulas of the weight coefficient are given in cases of consecutive and parallel execution of technological operations. The condition for executing the transportation application is determined, taking into account the weight coefficient, the planned and market cost of the work. A block diagram of the algorithm for assessing the reliability of an automobile transport system for the transport of passengers and goods has been developed.
