METHODICAL TOOL FOR IMPLEMENTING THE RESTRUCTURING PROJECT AT THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

Abstract
In the article, leading instruments for implementing the restructuring project at an enterprise are determined. On the basis of methodical apparatus of justification of project decisions on the development of the production process, the classification of methods for substantiating the restructuring is determined. The stages of planning of restructuring are determined and suggestions are set forth on the enterprise adaptation to the renewed model of post-restructuring activity, providing of maintenance of productive firmness. It is suggested to apply the complete feasibility study of project of restructuring on an enterprise with the purpose of acceptance of quality administrative decisions. It is defined that processes of restructuring are the basic mechanism of revolutionary development of enterprise that allows going across to the enterprise on the quality new level of development in the maximum compressed terms. The role of technical, financial, economic preconditions of realization of these projects and their estimation is determined on the basis of alternative variants of decisions. Management conception is offered by the processes of restructuring on the basis of methodology of feasibility study that forms base provisions and methodology of forming of organizational-economic mechanism of restructuring. It is well-proven that a process of restructuring must be continuous and to embrace all stages of life cycle of enterprise. Works on the feasibility study of project should consist of periods of technological developments, project works, and own introduction. Principles of restructuring introduction and realization are offered that provide the necessary terms of construction of management mechanisms system changes at the enterprise.
