METHODOLOGICAL ENSURING INCREASE OF THE LEVEL OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE MONETARY POLICY

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to develop a methodology ensuring increase of the level of development of the national economy on the basis of monetary policy. The achievement of this aim is carried out by theoretical analyzes and generalization, taking into account the practical problems that exist in this sphere. Methodology of research. During the research the following methods were used: the dialectical and abstract-logical (study of nature, principles of structure mechanism to provide the financial security report writing); bibliographic (the study and elaboration of scientific papers devoted to monetary policy and the development of national security); a system of generalization; comparison, grouping, methods of induction and deduction to justify the proposals for the introduction and use of a methodology ensuring increase of the level of development of the national economy on the basis of monetary policy. Findings. It is proved that between gross domestic product (GDP) and cash put into circulation and cash and deposits are closely related. The coefficient of determination is 98.67%. Also methodical ensuring increase of the level of development of the national economy on the basis of monetary policy, which honors the existing are use as the objective function of maximizing of GDP under constraints of positive values of cash outstanding and cash and deposits; besides the setting of maximum, medium and minimum values of these parameters . Scope is the ability to use methodical ensuring increase of the level of development of the national economy on the basis of monetary policy. This will help stabilize the economic situation in Ukraine and attracting investment resources in different areas of the economy.
