METHODOLOGY OF PHYSICAL REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS AFTER AMPUTATION OF THE LOWER LIMBS AT THE LEVEL OF THE SHIN

Abstract
The article considers the actuality of physical rehabilitation of patientsafter amputation of the lower limb at the shin level, associated with complications after diabete,s mellitus and ablative atherosclerosis of the vessels. The purpose of the article is to develop and evaluate the methods of physical rehabilitation of patients after amputation of the lower limb at the shin level. Physical rehabilitation was used in three periods: early postoperative, the period of preparation for prosthetics and the period of training of possession of a prosthesis. Grounded the effectiveness of the application of therapeutic physical training, massage, kinesiotherapy and physiotherapy. Based on the results of the evaluation of the rehabilitation performed for 21 days, the pain on the scale (VAS 10 points) was: before the physical rehabilitation activities were carried out patients of both groups, the pain in active movements was very significant in: control group – 8.0 points (S = 1,1 points), the main group х = 8.1 points (S = 1.6 points), (p> 0.05), during the rest in: the control group х = 6.5 points (S = 1 7 points), the main group х = 6.3 (S = 1.6 points), (p <0.05) and after the rehabilitation they decreased significantly and during active movements became: in the control group х = 5.8 points (S = 0.7 points), in the main group х = 3.2 points (S = 0.6 points), where (p <0.01) and during the rest significantly decreased and amounted to 3.4 points in the control group (S = 0.4 points), in the main group х = 1.8 points (S = 0.6 points), where (p <0.01).
