METHODOLOGY OF PLANE-HIGH-DEPENDENT OBJECT MATTER – BASIC COMPONENT OF THE PROCESS OF CREATING A LARGE-SCALE CARD SERIES

Abstract

This article is related with author’s work in the field of creation of precision geoinformatic system of real time – GIS RT. In liter-ature these systems can be often called RTLS (Real Time Location System. Important specification of such systems is accuracy of location positioning when this location has to be rendered by map but not by map scheme. And with the higher demand for accuracy the higher accuracy of map has to be. Maps, that were used before, indicated the surface as biangle and made great perversion, so this work presents results of re-search that allow to create «rectangle» maps of large scale that make it possible to avoid mistakes. For today the most perspective is photogrammerial method which is important part of national program pack called «Digitals» which is proposed by authors. Goal of this article is to solve the problem of increasing accuracy of map-altitude coordinate’s determination for objects of cho-sen location. Subject of this article is presentation of methodic of map-altitude object location on the base of GPS-network which is represent-ed in proposed by author program environment called «Digitals», that allows to create the range of methods for creation of digital model of location, its editing; and in return it allows to create the range of large scale thematic maps that grants determination of exact location of objects of cosmic, air and onland basing. This proposed methodic includes: creation of local geodetic network; determination of outline points of objects and registration of map-altitude and control signs; short description of identification marker and finding the common points in routes, program of equilibration for geopointed images, table of perversion for each images. Using proposed procedures allows to propose the range of methods for creating digital relief model (DRM), for example:  Automatic method of DRM creation – allows to create digital relief model using only data of pictures and their orientation and provides creation of horizontals and ortho-photo-transformation;  Alternative method of DRM creation – more efficient with difficult relief;  Semi-automatic method of DRM creation – correlation in this regime will make maximal increasing of altitude correction; DRM redaction will be processed in regime of stereo-review. Scientific innovation. Method of plan-altitude positioning of objects is general part of national program pack called «Digitals» and in first time allows to make next actions: pictures orientation; getting information about relief; choosing the fragments of oriented pictures for ortho-transformation; the processing of ortho-transformation; combining part of fragments with adjustment of tone; correction of images; getting transformed images in demanded level; ortho-photo-plan creation, provides more accuracy of locationing of objects during creation of thematical range of large scale maps. Methodic is implemented in real time navigation system in precision farming on the base of farm household named CERES, Cherkassy region, Ukraine
