Methods of administrative activity of National police agencies as a public control object

Abstract
The article deal with methods of administrative activity of the National Police as a subject of public control. The methods are designed to ensure such composition and content of receptions, operations and procedures in the course of management activities, such a procedure for interaction of people who could provide professional, organizational and technical justification of the decision on the one hand, and on the other take into account the interests of the public and organizations related to its implementation . The content of the methods is based on the laws and principles of the subject and object of management. Each form of administrative activity of the National Police is accompanied by appropriate methods, which are grouped into specific groups. The etymology of the term "method is a method or system of techniques used in any field". Based on this term, methods should be understood by methods, means, methods, which are used to achieve a certain goal and is the content of this activity. In state administration, methods are understood by means of practical realization of tasks and functions of the subjects of management. Proceeding from this, the method of management - the way to implement managerial functions, the influence of the subject of control on an object, which can be either individual or collective
