METHODS OF THE GATHERING AND PROCESSING OF CYANEABIOMASS, CAUSING WATER RESERVOIR «BLOOMING»

Abstract
Purpose. To provide scientific and technical substantiation of methods for the processing of biomass cyanides, in particular, ecological biotechnology for obtaining biogas, biofuels and bio-fertilizers. Methodology.We have applied mathematical (statistical, computer methods and modeling), physical (colorimetry, X-ray diffraction analysis, electronic and light microscopy, etc.), chemical (qualitative and quantitative analysis), biological (biotesting) and ecological (bioindication and monitoring). Results. The dynamics of methane formation, its qualitative composition and quantitative characteristics are experimentally established. Biotesting of digestat has been conducted to determine its toxicity for further application as biofuel in agriculture and forestry. Originality.Project will address development of the methods of cyanea processing aimed to produce renewable energy, biologically active compounds (including mineralorganic fertilizers), rational use of biological resources, solving the national environmental problems related to water use.Practical value.The methane production process was conducted at the of environmental biotechnology and bioenergy of Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University.Distinctive features of the experimental unit are the type of used substrate (cyanea biomass) and quantitative composition of biogas (methane increase due to absence of hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide reduction).
