MODIFICATION OF THE FORMS OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENTS

Abstract
Purpose. The problems of the development of higher education are related to the activity of higher education establishments that are the basic link of the education process. The changes in the external environment are to invariably reflect on the internal management of the establishment. Finding out new forms of the provision of education services by higher education establishments as a relevant reaction to the environmental change. Small student groups and the availability of two demands for education services cause the necessity for renewal of the rules of organization of the educational process during which the lecturers as the suppliers satisfy the demand of the students as consumers. The organization of the educational process implies the availability of organizational forms on the part of the consumers and the suppliers of education services. A group is a traditional form of organization of the Ukrainian student youth and a university subdepartment – a form of organization of the lecturers. Originality. The first renewed rule of the organization of the educational process regulates the relation between the students and the administration of the establishment and means the transfer from the orientation to the academic group to the necessity for studying the discipline by the student. The second rule regulates the side of the education process that reflects the relations between the higher education establishments and the lecturers. Practical value. The change of the format of the relations means breaking the organizational barriers between the university subdepartments, i.e. the absence of university subdepartments as administrative units.
