Методики для дослідження ставлення персоналу комерційних організацій до грошей (Instruments for studying employees' money attitudes in commercial organizations)

Abstract
The article presents a set of tools for investigating employees' money attitudes in commercial organizations. The set of instruments includes three groups of tools that make it possible to assess: a) psychological features of employees' money attitudes in commercial organizations (employees' money attitudes, the role of money in employees' life, employees' attitudes to different ways of making money, employees' money attitude factors, psychological problems in employees' money attitudes in commercial organizations, etc.); b) micro-level psychological factors behind employees' money attitudes in commercial organizations (socio-psychological beliefs and attitudes, employees' satisfaction with work and life, employees' organizational and professional characteristics (position in organization, level and type of education, overall work experience, positional experience) and socio-demographic characteristics (gender, age, children); c) meso-level psychological factors behind employees' money attitudes in commercial organizations (type of organizational culture, clarity and employees' understanding of organizational objectives and aims, employees' organizational commitment, commercial organization management's consideration for employees' interests, the number of employees in the commercial organization, age of the commercial organization etc.).
