Психологічні чинники організаційного стресу в ріелторів: попередження та ефективний менеджмент [Psychological factors behind organizational stress among real estate agents: prevention and effective management]

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of psychological factors behind organizational stress among real estate agents. The authors analyze the effects of working environment factors (intense intra-organizational and labour market rivalry, large amounts of work-related information, remote work, etc.) on employees' mental health and proposes a psychological program for the prevention and correction of possible negative consequences of job stress. The article discusses the results of the latest research and publications on the factors behind organizational stress among real estate agents. The authors present the results of an empirical investigation into the levels of organizational stress among real estate agents and its psychological factors. The article considers the correlations between the organizational stress indicators and the integral indicators of mental stress, stress resistance, anxiety and the levels of organizational tendencies among realtors, which makes it possible to design a psychological program for the prevention and management of organizational stress among real estate agents. The authors describe the content of the program, which includes the diagnostic, first informational (intended for organization employees), second informational (intended for organization managers), first instrumental (intended for organization employees) and second instrumental (intended for organization managers) blocks.
