Abstract
Streszczenie. Artykuł przedstawia regulacje dwustronnych porozumień polsko-rosyjskich w zakresie międzynarodowych przewozów drogowych. Omówiono warunki wykonywania takich przewozów oraz kontrowersje związane z liczbą udzielanych zezwoleń przewozowych.
