Abstract

Ulyanchenko O.V., Krivosheeva V.V. Location of the organization of remuneration in management of the motivational environment. In today's rapidly changing market environment, personnel are often the deciding factor for successful, long-term operation and good reputation. The development and success of the company directly depends on the development of its employees. People are the main resource of the organization, so managers should pay the utmost attention to the organizational environment, which, in turn, helps to attract employees and maintain their interest in the results of work. The human resources management policy, which includes a system of principles and conceptual approaches to human resource management, has a direct impact on how employees of the organization will develop. The employee directly perceives the environment created by the human resources management policy, so it can not be said that the policy will affect the staff. High productivity depends on understanding the importance and interest of the management to motivating staff. The article describes the essence and economic nature of the motivation of employees as the main element of the activation of the human factor, which not only creates the material conditions of production, but also ensures their effective use. Investigated issues are related to the definition of the role of remuneration in the motivational environment, the study of certain theoretical and practical aspects of the motivation of the work of management personnel. The article analyzes the mechanism of material and non-material motivation of managerial labor at the enterprise, proposes solutions for its improvement. The general principles and peculiarities of introduction of new approaches to the management of motivational processes at Ukrainian enterprises are defined.
