Abstract
У статті визначено важливість та вказано аргументи щодо впровадження в законодавство України нового терміна «місця несвободи Міністерства юстиції України». Розкрито суть терміна «місця несвободи» та проведено порівняльний аналіз із суміжними поняттями, вказаними в чинному законодавстві.
