Model System of Pedagogical Rehabilitation of Pupils with Special Educational 3eeds in Education and Rehabilitation Center

Abstract
The article draws our attention to the contents of the model of pedagogical rehabilitation system of pupils with special educational needs in boarding schools. Three components of this model are dwelt upon. These are: methodological and objective, meaningful and processual, control and resultative. A combination of these compo- nents provides the functionality of the system and its accordance with the aim of pedagogical rehabilitation – development and self-development of pupils with special educational needs as the subject of education. The article analyzes the main tasks of pedagogical rehabilitation of the pupils with special educational needs, theoretical and methodological approaches to the organization of the process of pedagogical rehabilitation (systematic, synergistic, competency based, complex, person-centered and activity approaches), principles of the practice of pedagogical rehabilitation (individualization, propaedeutic, scientific character, systematic, technological effectiveness, personality, focus on the positive potential of the education with the rehabilitative component). The author maintains that working of all persons of pedagogical rehabilitation together as a team (teachers, teacher’s assistant, nursery teachers, social teachers, psychologists, other narrowly focused specialists, pupils and their parents) is a necessity. It is shown that the content and processual component of the system of pedagogical rehabilitation combines three components of education and rehabilitation process (personalized pedagogical rehabilitation, education and upbringing components with rehabilitation component) and provides for the use of appropriate software and technological support. The author gives the definition of the control and resultative component of the pedagogical rehabilitation system, which reflects the requirements for the determination of the effectiveness of the process of pedagogical rehabilitation under the conditions of boarding schools.
