МОТИВАЦІЯ ДО НАВЧАННЯ ЯК ФАКТОР РИЗИКУ ЯКОСТІ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ

Abstract

The motivation to study as one of the key factors in the quality of higher education is considered. An attempt is made to show that the existing understanding of the quality of education operates only with the formal components of the educational process, leaving out the attention of the student’s personal motivation. On a concrete example of a sociological survey, it has been shown that the determining factor and motives for choosing a future profession is the desire to pursue a professional career. It turns out that motivation for education is one of the main factors of the qualityofeducation risk, because of its complexity, multidisciplinarity, heterogeneity and hierarchy, the student’s activity in professional training is determined, depending on what specific motives become for him dominant, and require careful study and analysis.
