Motivation in administrative workers as an essential component of coexistence agreements at UNES

Abstract
Coexistence at UNES implies, in addition to the permanent and participatory construction of the directive, a set of coexistence rules, the generation of university environments favorable to intergenerational dialogue, the construction of subjects, assuminga position of criticism of practices, devices and discourses that reproduce authoritarianism in the University and society and therefore a position that favors the full enjoyment and vital exercise of human rights. In this way, the administrative-university worker relationship within the orientation for coexistence, has its foundations and its limits in its very structure, an agent that educates, the rules that regulate the provision of this service at two levels: macro and micro. ; As a macro, the generallaw and its regulatory decrees are integrated and as a micro, the coexistence manual. In this sense, the general purpose of this scientific construct is: Interpret the motivation of administrative workers as an essential component of coexistence agreements at CEFO-GUĂRICO. For this, a qualitative investigation was carried out, the paradigm corresponds to postmodernity (Existentialist), whose epistemic approach called Interpretive Postpositivist and the method used was the Hermeneutic. The means of collecting the information were the semi-structured interview, from the information obtained from the 03 social actors, an analysis of content, categorization, structuring, contrasting, triangulation was carried out, from which it is concluded that the teachers and the directive are the leaders. from the classroom, and they are the ones who must enforce these rules, because they are the ones who maintain permanent contact with students and workers
