NACIONALISMO: CULTURA DE LA INCULTURA

Abstract
En este ensayo el autor explica que —en esta instancia del proceso de de evolución cultural— desde la perspectiva de la sociedad abierta, em el único justificativo de las jurisdicciones nacionales estriba en que de ese modo se evitan los riesgos de abuso de poder por parte de un ras gobierno universal. Sin embargo, sefiala que de esta preocupación y es, consecuente fraccionamiento no se sigue que deban establecerse 1ro obstáculos para el movimiento de personas, bienes y servicios a as, través de las fronteras. Explica que las divisiones políticas territoriales ” son aceidentes y no consecuencia de fenómenos lógicos o naturales: á habitualmente son fruto de contiendas bélicas o de pactos entre a gobernantes. Sostiene que el lenguaje, la religión, los valores comunes o la raza no explican la existencia de las naciones y, en este e contexto, eghaustivar'nente considera los argumentos ecgnémicos i en pro del librecambio y refuta los del Ilamado “proteccionismo”. 'l : Asimismo, en esta materia, recorre algunos pensamientos de autores o tales como Berlin, De Jouvenel, Von Mises, Herder, Hegel, Fichte y List, para concluir que la cultura inexorablemente requiere de libertad - para florecer.
