Nadciśnienie tętnicze u kobiet w ciąży

Abstract
Nadciśnienie tętnicze (NT) w ciąży jest nadal mimo postępu medycyny istotną przyczyną chorobowości i umieralności matek, płodów i noworodków. Wikła 3-15% ciąż i w ok. 70% dotyczy pierworódek. W artykule przedstawiliśmy, w oparciu m.in. o zalecenia Europejskiego i Polskiego Towarzystwa Nadciśnienia Tętniczego oraz Europejskiego Towarzystwa Kardiologicznego i aktualne piśmiennictwo, standardy postępowania w diagnostyce i leczeniu nadciśnienia w ciąży.
