NATIONAL AND PATRIOTIC EDUCATION OF SENIOR PRESCHOOL AGE CHILDREN IN SPEECH CREATIVE ACTIVITY

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of national-patriotic upbringing of children of the senior preschool age in speech creative activities, emphasizes the need to cultivate in children a respectful attitude to national and national symbols, a sense of pride for patriots, life instructions for communication in their mother tongue, and the willingness to protect the interests of the Moth- erland; formation of the national outlook and child’s behavior in relation to the attitude towards the native country, all nations and peoples; preservation of independence and unity of Ukraine, unselfish ministry to the state. The analysis of the results of the questionnaires of senior preschool age children, group educators and educational plans are given. The analysis of plans allowed to state that educators carry out national-patriotic education of children of senior groups, at the same time they do not use a speech-creative activity for this purpose. Principles (creative self-expression, motivational support for speech and creative activity), according to which such exciting emotional factors were used in the study (various games on the content of artistic works, competitions, encouragement of children to speech pronouncements), pedagogical conditions (provision of perception and understanding of the content of artistic and folklore works of national-patriotic content; the expedient part of the planning of artistic and folklore works for the accumulation of experience by senior preschoolers in the implementation of their speech creative activities; immersion of children into active speech and creative activity) are highlighted. The method of national-patri- otic education of senior preschool age children in the speech creative activities (cognitive-enrichment, activity, speech, speech creative stages), during which the following types of work were effectively used: the narration, the study of folklore and artistic works by heart; figurative and ethical commentary on folklore works; virtual dialogs; creative exercises; speech tales, modeling and life situations solving; making tongue twisters, ethical conversations; didactic games, writing letters to heroes, story-role games “I am a patriot!”, “My family”, “I am the defender of my land!”.
