Journal Title: Педагогіка формування творчої особистості у вищій і загальноосвітній школах - Year 2018, Vol 58, Issue
Abstract
New approaches to the content of professional education of future doctors include the availability of profound knowledge and skills in natural sciences, which are the basis for studying clinical disciplines and an important component of professional training. Their thorough study at the medical university is possible providing the system of natural science and professional-practical training integration of the doctor. An integral component of integration is the isolation of the integrative factors of science, which include the complexity of research objects, general ideas, the existence of related sciences, complex problems, etc. Integration of natural science and professional education involves the application of general scientific principles. For the content of natural sciences disciplines, the most important are the principles of complementarity, conformity, symmetry, method of modeling and mathematical methods. Using an integrative approach will increase the interest of students in the study of natural sciences, will give an opportunity to intensify the learning process and ensure a high level of quality of its result. The cycle of natural sciences disciplines covers a considerable part of medical education, provides students with the necessary knowledge and skills for their practical application, and also develops the ability to correctly and creatively use the acquired knowledge in future professional activities. The orientation to natural science knowledge involves their restructuring according to the training needs of doctors, which is the basis for developing criteria for selecting the content of natural science education. The main place in it should occupy a certain set of fundamental and interrelated ideas. The emphasis on the knowledge structure facilitates the perception of facts, and their classification and evaluation promotes the knowledge transfer and the formation of special thinking. Successful formation of clinical thinking in students while studying professional disciplines is associated with the development degree of their individual mental activities, the foundations of which are laid in the study of medical and biological physics, medical chemistry and medical biology. Diagnostics of the development of students' natural sciences thinking can be implement by assessing the successive changes in the stages of practical skills when considering situational problems close to the real conditions of the future doctor's activity.
